Having spent over 26 years serving the public in the Fire Service, Jon joined Aveo Capital Partners in November 2023.  Prior to joining Aveo, Jon served in all ranks within a major metropolitan fire department, ultimately retiring at the rank of Deputy Chief.  He believes in a customer-centric approach driven by the support of a team, no different than he did when operating on emergency incidents.  He is excited to begin this new chapter in his life with team members that share his core values including integrity, honesty, accountability, and respect.

Jon has a Bachelors Degree in Fire Sciences, and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership.  He is a Colorado native, who resides in Centennial with his wife Keira.  They have three children, Mackenzie, Avery, and Benjamin.  They can often be found on the weekends rooting for their children through the various sports and activities they participate in.  In his free time, Jon enjoys fishing, golfing, and cheering for the Denver Broncos
